POS neighborhood with POS management! Dirty property with ghetto residents. DO NOT MOVE HERE! This property is a POS neighborhood with a POS manager. Was told that id be moving into a NEW completely renovated apt and was lied to upon move in. Apt was dirty (I had to clean it) and ghetto with the interior and broken cabinets (literally). After 4 months still haven't fixed them. The laundry room hours are til 9pm but prior to 855pm they will lock the doors and keep your wet clothes in the washer all night and not unlock the door (yes im on camera prior to 855). The property is always dirty and maintenance are POS who don't clean it let alone do their job. The neighbors are ghetto trash (all races drug addicts criminals illegal pos's) and abandoned animals are all over the property. Changing the name does NOT hide you from crappy reviews. POS owner and it reflects thru out the entire property. Just walk the property prior to a tour and you'll see. ...

Wonderful area with friendly people. The manager was extra polite and met my every question with an informative and intelligent answer. The living spaces are more than adequate and repairs are always quick and professional.
