The zone was an okay apartment. The rooms were very small but the pool was very nice would live again because it was affordable.. My downstairs roommates were a pain they always had loud music and cops were called. Very safe environment

I have lived at The Zone for two years now and while it has been a great experience to be independent there has been a few set backs. In these past couple of years the staff at The Zone has been kind, amenities are always available and overall it’s a nice living space. This last year there’s been a lot of remodeling, from roofing to painting the buildings and even landscaping, therefore rent prices are increasing. In regards to safety, due to their lack of cameras in the complex it took the police several days to find a suspect for a murder. For the past few weeks I have felt less safe than I ever have since I moved it. However, through all of this The Zone is probably one of the best first apartments for college students. ...

I moved into the The Zone a little over a year ago. I had two random roommates and they were the sweetest little things. Perfect location in that it;s really close to west campus. It was extremely quite for me, but that's probably because I was on the top floor of the corner most unit in the entire complex. It was wonderful. ...
