The website shows 2 pools. That has not been updated. They covered the pool close to the office. There are 2 experienced maintenance men. Although they are knowledgeable, they can not keep up. The owners, Sunridge Management is the worst management company I have ever rented from. Don't bother calling because Kelly the area manager does not have time for you. I do want to say that Nancy the Manager is an amazing person. She is one person and can only do so much. I'll give you an example how inconsiderate the management company is. Last week my dog started growing like there was an intruder. Out of the corner of my eye, I see a male suspect that appeared to be attempting to enter my patio closet. Keep in mind that to get to my patio closet you have to climb a fence that might be 5 ft. We had not had any notification of any maintenance on or near our patio. I did not notice any tools or paint can. When I opened the patio door I prepared to attack that male and call the Police. I ran him off after Nancy the Mgr happened to be walking by. I found out from a neighbor that the Management company DID NOT notify Nancy that they sent contractors to paint the trim. I did not see a paint brush in the suspects hand. In the State of Texas, once you cross the plane of a fence or door, that enters in to trespass/Burglary. As long as contractors are on the outside of the building, no problem. Nancy had no clue that the contractors were coming and cross that plane on my property. I called the property management company to voice my concern. I was told that Kelly is over the management of Plantation West. Did Kelly call me back, NO she did not and has never called me back to talk about my concerns. STAY AWAY FROM PLANTATION WEST APARTMENTS. Nancy is wonderful, but the management company seems to be disrespectful to her and they seem to care less about any property issues. They care about $$$$$$$$$. ...
