Autumn Chase is a pretty standard apartment. I have little to rave with excitement or complain about. I loved having a washer dryer in unit and not having to walk up stairs since their townhomes. Parking it open to anyone so don't have to worry about visitors. We had lots of issues but the maintenance was quick and polite. Pet-friendly. Early on the bus route, so never had to wait for a full bus. Some ant problems. Traffic on Aquarena to get home. Somewhat run down but also very cute, homey, and quiet. Bills were not included but it was only $755 for a two-bedroom. I rented from fall 10 through spring 11. ...
