Upstairs neighbors are incredibly loud. Lots of loud cars. Sidewalks toward parking lot are always muddy and slippery. Office staff are friendly, but sometimes aren't that helpful. The updated the gym is very nice!

While staying with the Cabana beach apartments I have had maintenance issues that were not taken care of due to inconvenient forms necessary to fill out to get the issue looked at. Other than the maintenance the parking and everything else that comes with the apartment was satisfactory. ...

Cabana beach is a nice place to live. It has a bus route for students that attend Texas State which is very convenient. The apartments do look too bad for what it is worth. The staff here are very kind and helpful.

It wasn't a terrible time but it wasn't ideal. The maintenance takes forever to respond to requests and the walls were extremely thin. Any time there'd be trash in the parking lot or hallways leading to units it would take days to weeks for it to be cleaned up. But truly the worst part of all was the internet issues that me and my room mates put up with for almost 2 years. We contacted the front office who referred us to the company (Kadirnet) and had them come out multiple times, only to have them say they couldn't "find any issues". Extremely frustrating for us all.
