I could not be more unhappy about living in this hell hole. First, the management could not be any more disorganized or incompetent. For example, it took four months for me to get a mail box key, and over an entire month to get a plumbing leak in my bathroom fixed!!! When I signed my lease, I was promised that the fourth bedroom would not be leased without me or my roomates' permission. They leased the room out without even notifying me or my other roomates. We found out we were getting another roomate because the girl sent one of my existing roomate a message on facebook! The loosers that work here have phone numbers and email addresses, and they did not even have the decency to inform us that they had leased our fourth room! The "ammenities" are also pathetic. There is a fitness room, but it is poorly maintained; what was originally decent equipment is now falling apart. Safety. Yes there is a parking garage, but it is not secure. There are about twenty doors that open up into the hallways of the different buildings, but at any given time, there are about five that have been propped open or broken so people can let their friends in. This means anyone can get into the hallways or parking garage with no effort. There is no security system or security cameras, so getting away with any crimes is a piece of cake. In conclusion, I would not recomend this place to my worst enemy, so be careful if you are considering sanctuary lofts. The staff here makes living here seem like a good deal, but it is not worth it.
