I have lived at the Thompson for a year now and have signed on again for another year! I love the complex and the staff here they are very helpful and always so nice anytime I call to show up to ask a question. Maintenance has always come right away during the day the only downside was when I had a water leak in the middle of the night I had to wait until the office opened in the morning to get maintenance out but they came first thing in the morning and fixed the leak and the mess for me! The dog park and pool are so great they clean up the park regularly so it’s only ever been super dirty for a day or two that I’ve noticed. All the rooms and bathrooms are a good size and there is really good storage space in the two stories! Overall my experience at the Thompson has been super great and I would definitely recommend this complex to any of my friends! ...

Overall it has been good staying here, but when I had a roommate issue about pets they did not solve the issue. They worked with the roommate rather than accommodate my other allergic roommate and I. They only started to do something when mentioning a possible lawyer. ...
