AWFUL!!! We moved in only a month ago and it's been problem after problem after problem. I can't imagine the next 11 months are going to go any smoother. Don't believe the whole "$75" of your electric bill crap, it isn't really true that I know of. We got a bill today (an electric one) supposedly for the time the apt was vacant and it was for $200. They aren't making us pay it, but if the bill for one month noone lived there was $275, (inc the 75 they supposedly pay) I'd be really surprised. PLUS when we moved in nothing was ready, the front door wouldn't latch the air conditioner didn't work, the carpets were gross, nothing had been cleaned. So the entire first week we had constant people in and out and we couldn't move all of our stuff in, and they didn't give us any money off our month's rent for all that either. I am very very unhappy with the way they run their businness and wouldn't reccommend EVER moving anywhere that The Place to Be Rents out I rented from summer '08 through fall '08. ...
