Rio West is an okay apartment, but it is not worth the price. My room is facing a building, so we don't get any sunlight and we are charged the same rates. I am in a 4x2 and it is really spacious, especially the rooms.

They have refused to let me out of my lease despite facing financial hardships in the middle of a pandemic. They also do not seem to care about noise complaints or helping better the lives of any of the residents in the slightest sense despite claiming to do so. They also lie about various things in order to hassle more money out of college students, and did not care about my safety. I had a past roommate who threatened us, and when asked if I could be moved to another apartment the only thing they could come up with was right underneath her. I am afraid to walk around in this apartment complex because of her, and they still refuse to let me leave. I would not recommend living here considering they do not even seem to care about the pandemic. ...
