Current Resident

This used to be an okay place. In the last year we have had.. a gun shooting incident, an assault, no electricity for half a month, a carbon monoxide leak, vandalism and the water shut off several times and a suicide. For the amount of rent you pay here, it's WAY over priced, there is no gym or hardly any amenities. There is a pool.. with no bathroom, so you can imagine how that goes. The garbage is often there for weeks, overflowing. It's completely outdated. ...
