DO NOT RENT HERE. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE ANY GUESTS PARK HERE EVER AND THERE IS NO LEGAL STREET PARKING NEARBY. YOUR VISITORS WILL BE TOWED, EVEN IN BROAD DAYLIGHT. Worst apartment complex I have ever lived in by far. I was willing to put up with the bug infestations and constant maintenance issues because I understand you get what you pay for. But now they have started towing their own residents vehicles AND our guests. My car was towed last month despite the fact I have lived here for A YEAR and have my car registered with the apartment complex. Didn’t get my money back, of course. And now today I had a friend over for dinner and when she left to go home her car was gone. There is absolutely no street parking anywhere nearby, there is LITERALLLY nowhere for visitors to park legally. I really don’t understand why I’m paying $1250 a month on rent + $150 in utilities for a place that causes me so much stress. I just renewed my lease earlier this year but now I seriously regret it and feel desperate to get out. It is not worth living somewhere that causes you this much stress, please save yourself the time/energy/money and just rent somewhere else. I have never in my life been treated so poorly by an apartment complex and feel completely scammed. I could add on more but just read the other reviews if you need any more proof, it is NOT WORTH IT. ...
