The Verandah at Grandview Hills is a great and affordable place to live. It is located in the suburbs so it is very safe and peaceful. Can get a bit boring at times because it is a little ways away. My experience at Verandah has been a long one. I have lived here at these apartments for 4 years now and while the experience was good at first, it slowly began to go downhill with continuous faculty changes, lack of maintenance required from the office (not the maintenance worker who are amazing). I have met some great people in the complex but am regularly met with incredibly rude staff who refuse to keep up the grounds and refuse to attempt to make the complex feel safe. The complex itself is beautiful with a gorgeous view and a crime-safe area and plenty of food shops within a mile of the complex but unfortunately, the staff and lack of care for the premises influenced my experience greatly. ...
