First thing, work orders are followed up on much faster than other comparable apartments I've live at before. The apartments are priced fair to the market. Our unit does have an insect problem, but pest control is responsive to requests to remedy the issue. The apartment is in good shape, the sounds are quiet within the walls, can't hear our neighbors.
