I have lived at Alpine Creek for almost 3 years out of all my time and of all the issues that have came into having an apartment on this property, I can say this is the most affordable at this stage in my life. Being a student let alone even a young adult having a good decent rent with majority of your utilities within your rent is a great convenience. I just wish small little things were inforced and followed up to procedures, but it’s a great start for any student or young adult . ...
