I really enjoyed my time there, but I do not think it was worth the increase in rent for my second year. I was paying a little over $600 my first year (not including utilities) for a room in a 2 by 2 unit, and then the buildings got an outdoor paint job,
which was the only change I saw before they increased rent to where I'd pay over $700 with utilities. My roommate and I were never notified of when maintenance or other office staff would enter the apartment, and the front gate only worked half the time. Office staff were extremely kind and helpful though, so it was easy to communicate with them. However, you can find a place that's more worth the money.

They had the wrong email on file so I wasn't informed when to get my parking pass - I had been in contact with them because of other problems they were giving me and they never mentioned the parking pass, so they towed my car and didn't pay the fee, even
though there was nothing I could've done on my part.
The power goes out, the leasing office is not very organized, the front gate is slow to open when it rains, maintenance doesn't wear masks when they're in your apartment (during the covid pandemic).
Overall, not worth the money they're expecting for a lease to deal with all the problems and bullshit it comes with.
I rented from fall 2020 through spring 2021.
