The current management is dishonest, unresponsive, uncaring, biased, and fraudulent. Don't make a mistake and rent a ground-floor apartment. All units are poorly constructed. Units are prone to frequent noise intrusion coming from adjacent units to include the unit above. The noise intrusion can be characterized as both impact and airborne noise. Furthermore, the manager and owner consistently disregard complaints related to noise intrusion and are prone to blaming tenants for being too sensitive.
