Moved in here 6/30/24 with high hopes of living at a decent place with decent staff and fully excited to be apart of this community. Since that day we haven't had a proper working ac unit. We've put in multiple work orders to get this fixed each week. We've been very polite and patient to the staff throughout this time dealing with this issue. Management won't communicate without us reaching out to them. They assume the problem is resolved each time maintenance comes out to look at things and never relays anything to us unless we ask them. They lent us a portable AC unit to help with the cooling issue, which didn't help other than to keep our room cool if we keep it closed off from the rest of the apartment. The manager of the property, Natasha Nash, has been completely unprofessional about the situation and let her feelings get the best of her and had resorted to retaliation tactics out of her own frustration with the situation and took back the portable AC unit on her own pretense that she thinks the AC is working properly under the legality of it doesn't go above 85 even though it goes as high as 84 in the apartment regularly and we have shown her this multiple times. We have asked other tenants on our floor if they have cooling issues and it seems we're the only ones. I would like this to be resolved, but it's like pulling teeth trying to get management to do their job properly. We have had draining issues in both our showers as well with one we are still currently waiting to get fixed and it's been almost a week since they've come and messed with it and againv the lack of communication leaves us in the dark as far as when the matter will be resolved. I highly implore anyone thinking of moving here to reconsider as long as Natasha is lacking in her duties and professionalism and I hope that corporate will implement customer service training to her as she clearly needs it. ...
