The AC did not work well, it was constantly hot in our apartment! the fridge did not work properly food would spoil, the dishwasher left black specks on all our dishes, the toilets constantly overflowed when you would flush them or they would fun continously thru out the day. when it would rain hard the water would start to come in from the back door (we lived downstairs) The walls are paper thin, so if your neighbor above you makes loud noises forget about trying to relax or rest. People are constantly blaring their loud music at night. The electric bill is outrageous during the summer and the gas bill is horrible during the winter! I Would not recommend living here! We also did not get any of our deposits back, we just found out that the Landlord turned us in to a collection agency saying we owed the apartments money! Be very careful when you rent here, they are nice at first but very rude and deceitful when you are a tenant there. I regret having moved here! I rented from summer 10 through summer 11. ...

Nice to live in but AC and heat had constant issues. AC does not properly cool their apts and when you try to voice complaints you are met with excuses that it is impossible to cool apts less that 10 to 15 degrees above whatever set at. They do not regard children, regardless the age when considering heat or AC issues. You are met with opposition and non caring remarks and attitude. They also do not take care of those with families well, and it is ours and others experience who had lived around us that it is quite easy to become singled out as "problem tenants". Pool is not open as promised and kept closed often due to issues. they are not quick to repair or get pool operational. LAX ATTITUDE AT BEST! USE CAUTION and wisdom before entering into contract with this complex, no matter how good they might appear. MGR has issues with dealing with problems you might have and is easy to become the "not so caring" type. Just our personal experiences... ...

This place has the tiniest bedrooms possible, I could barely fit more than a bed. Also the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating before lease signing, and extremely rude after. The maintenance crew took 3 months to repair my air conditioner in the middle of north Texas summer, and only began repair after I filed legal action after having to stay in a hotel because it was 120 degrees inside of my home. The pool was frequently closed for repair and you could never get a straight answer about when it would be open, or if it would be open. It's extremely overpriced for what you get, and the electricity bills are through the roof because the buildings are over 20 yrs old and the insulation is poor. there is only one treadmill and a few free weights in the fitness center, which was also always out of order. I would never recommend this complex to any student or anyone in denton, it's not worth the waste of money or stress. I rented from spring '07 through spring '08. ...
