"It's not my problem" is a normal answer from Gables Mirabella leasing office staff. Also the property manager was talking to me in a very condescending manner because English is not my first language. They would tell you one thing over the phone and then wriggle when brought up to their management. And the records of your previous calls would suddenly go missing * Professionalism - zero. The manager in the leasing office made a mistake when we were subleasing our apartment, which resulted in $1,500 of our deposit being transferred to the lessee who kept promising she will return it and then just blocked our numbers and kept the money. Her name is Skyler Foster - be aware! Gables Mirabella management just washed their hands of the whole situation. Not a single person in the leasing office was qualified to do their seemingly simple job as of Summer 2020.
