Mold is a major issue in these places. My dog and I both became very sick living here. They made ME pay $600 for a home inspection to prove there was mold and did not ever remove drywall after they had proof. The summary of the home inspection speaks to lack of property upkeep (more damage done by not handling regular maintenance). Water heater, a/c, fridge and dishwasher all went out at some point, all things took a week-months to be fixed if at all. This neighborhood loses power FREQUENTLY. Altered the way we grocery shopped because we lost grocery’s sometimes multiple times in a month. Electric bills are HIGH from poor insulation/ old windows. Lisas management skills are subpar, her people skills-much worse. She claims the owner wants nothing to do with these places so she’d never give us his contact. The location is great and these places have potential but the head of maintenance doesn’t put effort into anything and will routinely tell you “you rent these places as is” when you need something fixed or tell you “well these places are just old” or just flat refusal to fix things.
