Everyone is super nice especially the people who came and fixed the stuff in our rooms, living rooms and kitchen. Absolutely love the gate made me feel more safe in Waco. I will say there were lots of bugs in the place.

Leasing and maintenance are slow and not very helpful but cute houses and amazing community. The facilities are fairly nice except to pool is always gross and the gates at the front don’t actually keep random people from coming in

Do not live here. For one of the most expensive housing complexes around campus, it has some of the worst management staff. After living here for a year, it is safe to say I will not be returning. They are sticklers on petty rules like the number of trash bags you can have out (2 if you have 3 its a $25 fine). However, the trash service is unreliable just like everything else. The hot tub has been broken all year, the "media center" has been "under repair" all year, the pool is never maintained, the gate is usually broken, and god forbid something in your house breaks. They fine the crap out of you, along with a $14 service fee for every fine or rent payment you make. It is unreal how hard they nickel and dime their residents. There are way nicer and way cheaper places to live. This is true for most brothers' management homes as well. ...
