Stay away! I only lived here a year and was impressed with the overall look of the complex when I moved in, however all of that changed in just a year. The office is only open during the week now, how do they expect to get new residents when they aren’t even open on Saturdays? The landscaping died over the winter and almost a year later, has not been removed or replaced. The security gates have been stuck open for months now. The pool is constantly closed for cleaning because of “too much use”. My upstairs neighbors walk around like elephants, even knocking pictures off my walls. And the main reason I say stay away is that when I moved out they sent me a notice saying I owe them for carpet and apartment cleaning, even though I cleaned that apartment from floor to ceiling when I left. I was hardly at the apartment due to my job and I promise the carpet was cleaner than when I moved in (found black hair everywhere). Not only that, they sent me to collections even though I had just moved out and that was the first notice I received from them. Very unprofessional. Again, stay away. ...
