It has been an ok experience. The maintenance people have been super helpful, however the office staff have been extremely difficult to work with. On top of that they seem to over charge for utilities.

Living at URSA has been a great experience! I really enjoy the facilities and my roomates. I was paired students from Baylor I had never met before but they now are some of my closest friends and I have made many great memories with them. I highly recommend looking at URSA as a future residency while at Baylor and I'm very happy with my choice! ...

i LIVED AT URSA FOR A YEAR - MANAGMENT WAS HORRIFIC COMPLETELR DISORGANIZED AND RUDE. -CRICKET INFESTATION, LITERALLY MY WORST NIGHMARE -YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING -IT REALLY DOES NOT GET ANY WORSE THAN THIS.

URSA is good for those with a car. They have a 24 hour gym and a pool as well. Be warned, if you live on the fourth floor like me then you will have to climb three flights of stairs because there are no elevators available here.

URSA is about what I expect for student living. Good sized space with lots of other students. Great atmosphere. I am excited to see how it changes once COVID guidelines are lifted and more people go to the pool and hang out.
