Overall, I was pleased with my experience here at The Seasons.. until we received our lease renewal "offer." Most would assume loyal tenants would get a perk or incentive as thank you for resigning another long term contract. (i.e. carpet cleaning, accent wall, wooden blinds, and the such.) However, ALL we were offered was a 10% INREASE in our monthly rent. We negotiated on the price of our rent before* moving in- but management will have NONE OF IT now. The property supervisor, Beth, would not even step out of her office to speak with us on the matter. Basically, we were told if we didn't agree with the increase then we should find somewhere else to live. I am dissapointed and confused because we pay our rent 6 months out at a time and have had virtually no problems. I believe this is a poor way to do business. Don't move here unless you plan to pay an escalating rent that you have no say in. I rented from summer '07 through summer '08. ...
