This place and the management are trash! If I could give them a zero I would, they charge extra for their lack of communication, and make you pay crazy fees after lying that you don’t have any outstanding balances. Don’t move here! Not worth the hustle!!!

Pros: Quiet in hallways, Maintenance staff is awesome, Free printing in computer room, decent size bedroom, close to campus, amenities Cons: Management gives violations without explanations and/or warnings. Management hung up and had an attitude when I confronted her about the violation she TRIED to put on my lease that was based off assumptions and word-of-mouth but happened to be incorrect later on, Amenity hours of operation always changes (including gym access), no closet doors Management, Management, Management ...

Great space, I love the luxury I feel in my apartment and in the facilities. I wish I felt like the staff had more power in matters involving conflict resolution. I feel the issues I’ve brought up to park place staff weren’t always thoroughly handled.
