This new management is horrible. They do not care about you, the community, the garden is horrible, dog park has poop everywhere, gates and doors all around the facility do not close. They are racist and if you notice only caucasians give the 5stars because they are even given welcome gifts. How do I know because residents talk and discuss how each person is treated. If you have a child that is starting to drive and you get them a car. Already know they will not work with you and tell you to park outside the complex risking your child's safety at night. ...

After Rhonda was replaced things went down hill! Kayla the new manager along with the owners send threatening emails to everyone about rent not being paid by the 3rd you might as well leave the unit. Work orders are not being taken care of. Pool has cones in it. So we can't use it. Gym equipment doesn't work. Gates don't close and door around the property have a pin pad but the doors are broken and code isn't even required. Not safe. Aren't able to have 3 cars. You are told to park outside of the gate. Rent went up nearly $400 with no way to negotiate the price. Trash is everywhere! Walls are paper thin! You living room will be next to someone's bedroom! So can't read a book quietly in your living room because you can hear everything that is going on next door. Foundation is bad. Office personnel is rude. Complex is now "paper free". They removed the printer that was for the residents of the complex. Will find bugs even with daily cleaning and pest control. Valet trash skips doors yet you still have to pay $28/month. ...
