I have had an overall great experience at Watermark. It has a blend of students, single and married professionals, families, and retirees. Thus, the noise is the moderate noise of living. I have been able to focus on school work with no problem. The members of the office staff are friendly and helpful. The washer and dryer in the apartment have given me trouble. But, the other appliances are still working well. Maintenance takes care of requests in a timely manner. I have access a state of the art fitness center and to the clubhouse for internet and games. Sometimes, the pool area gets crowded as well as the parking lot. Also, the rent for these apartments have increased greatly since I have lived here. But, I was able to extend my lease for the same rate. However, the owners sold it this year; although, the property is a little more than a year old. Thus, I am not sure how my experience with the office staff or maintenance At Watermark (Seleno now) will change. ...
