The manager is very impolite and to fix anything you have to wait an eternity. Maintenance is poor and if you are an immigrant, they will treat you pretty bad. I do not recommend these apartments definitely.

Management and owners are terrible, things dont get fixed (it can take MONTHS AND MONTHS), its not clean but the location is good and parking is fine. Apartment was filthy when we moved in.

Worst management ever. They don't do ANYTHING. Apartment was filthy when I moved in. The building and grounds are in complete disrepair. Gutters falling off, grass is a foot tall, broken glass in the walkways, etc. There was beehives in the walls and honey leaking into our apartment! Washer and dryer don't work. Walls are paper thin and you can hear every conversation the person upstairs has. Lights in the parking garages have been out for months, and its very dark and unsafe considering there have been several car break ins nearby. The carpet turns your feet or socks black. The windows don't close properly and it can't be fixed supposedly so all your hot and cool air goes right out the the window. Utilities are always high. Did I mention the management is HORRIBLE? Oh and they don't shovel the walkways or salt them so in the winter everything is coated in ice. I rented from fall 10 through summer 11. ...

I rented from Fall 07 to Winter 09. I lived in two different condos. The condos are individually owned, so things kind-of depends on your actual owner (although there is a centrally-paid manager over the complex). The social atmosphere is the worst I have ever lived in at BYU (and everyone who lived with me agrees). The owners (especially Jacobs Family Enterprises) are out to get you and take all your money (deposits) even though me and my roommates are way clean people. We moved into a dirty apartment and left it spotless--and we got our deposits taken. The condos themselves are nice to live in, but the atmosphere there is really just depressing. I 'enjoyed' my time there, but after I moved out, I realized all the life I had been missing by living there. My recommendation: don't move there. I rented from fall '07 through winter '09. ...

The management SUCKS!!!!!!! It's not worth living here just because of them. They fulfill none of their responsibilities and are EXTREMLY RUDE! I rented from fall 10 through spring 11.

Too expensive for a small place and crappy beds. Our typical dishonest Provo landlords did not fix anything until the end of year. If you live on top floors, your car will toast in the sun and be covered in snow. But, through their stupidity they have covered parking for guests. They charge you for bulbs, even florescent kitchen lights, and for carpets. The social scene is awful, no where to meet opposite sex. I rented from fall '04 through summer '05. ...

Very nice complex. However, no one I know could get anything repaired by management. Also, after giving us three weeks notice that no contracts would be renewed, almost no one got ANY of their deposit back due to exaggerated or completely fraudulent claims of damage or uncleanliness. The apartment really isnt that bad it is just the people that live there, they arent social at all and they are all like seventy years old if you are 23 or younger dont consider it. I rented from fall '06 through winter '07.

They decided to not be BYU-Approved after signing contracts and only notified us three weeks before move in which required us all to move last minute after we have signed months prior and ended up having to split up. When- we first saw these apartments we just fell in love. However upon move in, 6 months later, the honeymoon was over and fast. They are not that old and the apartment was trashed when we moved in. The fridge and bathroom looked like someone had been living in there the day before, there were nail holes in the wall, and the for the amount I am paying $315 I was disgusted. Management is awful! When my ethernet port broke management told me she was about to have a baby and therefore couldn't help! Also they advertise covered parking. If you live on the 4th or 5th floor it isn't. When it snows the whole top of the parking garage turns into a ice skating rink which they have never even considered shoveling. Also, it isn't free- it costs $25 a month. The ward is horrible-a bunch of graduates or school teachers who have all lived there for years and not interested in knowing anyone new. Honestly you can do a lot better for your money, so avoid this place like the plague! I rented from fall '07 through winter '08. ...
