Liked living here. My unit was updated and clean. I liked the price as well as the A/C. Shower and toilet were separate from vanity sink. I will stay for another year. I lived in #6. Landlord was responsive.

My overall experience has been good. It is not the nicest apartment but it is cozy. There are some aspects of it that are unkempt and cheap but the better parts make up for it. I really enjoy having a washer and dryer in the apartment.

I lived in #6 Fall/Winter 15/16 The apartment is decent. Feels a little small at first, but it grows on you. **ba dum tiss** The ward is absolutely outstanding. If you want to meet some humble, loving people, this is the place to go. Everyone is welcomed and included. Ted is the manager for our condo and he is exquisite. Sure, things went wrong, but he would respond the same day and guarantee it was taken care of ASAP. Wonderfully cheap rent. I rented from fall 2015 through winter 2016. ...

DO NOT BELIEVE them when they say they have free internet. It is AWFUL. If you know internet speeds, you are running MAYBE 200 kbps...not mb...kb. There are no cleaning checks so guys apartments are filthy and the storage space is nonexistent (invest in cinderblocks) It's next to some food places so you won't starve but that's it. Your ward is tiny and no one intermingles from other apartments. ...

I lived in number 19. Every apartment has a different landlord. Ours had a great manager who was always very helpful. The ward is just amazing. Everyone is a family. It's a humble place; not the nicest apartments, but the price is just excellent. I just moved out because I just wanted to experience something else. I rented from Spring '11 through Summer '13 ...

Nice landlord. Our apt has an old/musty feeling to it. There's only one ward in the complex, most people are 23-25ish. I recommend finding somewhere else. I rented fall 12 to winter 13.

I lived in #6 from Fall 2011 through Winter 2012. The apartment was okay. There was a hole in the wall when I moved in and the dishwasher had to be replaced while I lived there. The landlord responded to concerns within 3 days usually. Parking was a bit of a problem and the walk to campus is longer than I liked, but the price was great. Especially since the only utility we paid for was electricity and that was split between 6 girls. ...

It's fine if you have good roommates, but the dust, mold, and overall ghetto feel gets old pretty quick. And good luck finding parking after 9pm.

I lived there in 1982-83 and meet my future wife there. We went on our first date on Feb. 14, 1983 (Valentines Day). Some 25 plus years later with 4 daughters, it was the best thing I did!!! Happy Valentines Day Lori, Love Joe, Feb. 14, 2009

I lived here for 4 months, it was ok, but not great. The management company, Yorkshire Properties sucks and it takes them forever to do anything. We had some major problems with the shower and the oven, but eventually we got that straightened out. The rest of the complex is ok, some units are crap-holes though. You really have to be careful when you rent condos. I rented from winter '07 through winter '07. ...
