Land Lords are non exsistant when it comes to repairs. I have been renting for 1.5 years and they treat you like your dirt and not worth their time. DO NOT RENT!!!!!!!

Washing machine (in unit) is nice. Apartment, not so much (more like $250 including utilities would be fair). Most of ward is in Canyon Terrace, so you have to travel to socialize. I rented from fall '09 through winter 11.
