(lived here 2020-2021) I LOVE Casa Dea! This is the best place I have ever stayed in Provo, and I've lived in 4 different apartment complexes over the last 3+ years. The management are incredible. They are kind, easy to work with, prompt to address issues (just some examples: they once came and fixed a leak in our ceiling at midnight, and another time they Facetimed me to help me fix something bc no one was in the office at the time). They will drop anything to help their tenants, and they are genuinely kind and helpful. The apartment itself is clean, newly renovated, and the bedrooms are large. It's also hard to beat the location, as it's 1.5 blocks from the south ramp to BYU campus, and a 2-3 minute walk from the bus stop. There's another bus stop directly in front the complex. The ward meets in the Joseph Smith Building on campus, so it's a 5 minute walk, which is nice! Laundry is cheap, and there's also a nice lounge with comfy couches and a large flat screen TV that you can use whenever. I really can't say enough about how much I have enjoyed staying here. I wish I could have taken management with me when I moved out, haha. ...

If you are just moving from home and want to still have the feeling of your parents watching your every move then this is the place for you. I am not a fan of the mgmt. They will charge you for EVERYTHING they possible can. I got charged $35 for carpet cleaning that they never even did. They regulate what you can and can't have in your room. The BIGGEST PROBLEM I had was how mgmt would enter the unit without even any notice. In the state of Utah you are REQUIRED to give 24 hour notice before entering the unit. Also they'll sell everyone a parking sticker but it is first come first serve so even though you paid for parking you prolly wont have a parking spot. But don't worry cause when they are doing maintenance they'll stick all their building materials in the parking lot and take up a spot or two limiting the parking situation even more. If you are looking for an apartment DON'T chose here. It is overpriced and has way too much of a big brother feeling. Also, only place that I have lived at that didn't give me the full deposit back. They'll get you for everything they can. I rented from spring 11 through fall 11. ...

These apartments are small but they are nice and have all the basic amenities like a dishwasher and garbage disposal. Management is great, and the people in the ward are fun and down-to-earth. I rented from spring '08 through fall '08.

Management does a good job keeping up the apartments. The apartments were full during spring/summer and parking didn't seem to be an issue. It's a fun ward with lots of activities and things to do!
