Location and size of the complex are great, but there are newer places with better amenities for the same price or less. Cost of parking is $40 a month, which is high for the area, and there aren't enough spots for all the residents. Also be prepared to pay an extra $10 a month for failed cleaning checks. It's great for the owners; fail everyone on the first check, collect $10 from every resident in the complex, then pass everyone on the recheck. Happens every time, and with no additional cleaning between checks. I rented from summer 2017 through summer 2018. ...
