1 star goes to the fully furnished apartment that we have that comes with the place. 1 star for the location to campus and the park at the corner. The ward is wonderful as well and you do make friends here. However, their are some negatives to living here. My wife and I have lived here for about 4 months now and have noticed a considerable number of break-ins in the parking garage. We have not had ours broken into yet but just in the past month I counted about 7 different complaints on our facebook page of their car being broken into. It is not a very safe place for vehicles. If you want you could even take a tour of that parking garage and get the idea yourself. It is a run down, leak-inviting, nerve inducing place at night. Especially after hearing about the break-ins. Another complaint I have is that for us the response to maintenance requests have been slow or non-responsive. We have put in several requests and they have all been addressed except for two. One was for the cable company to come fix our cable. Since this was an amenity paid by our management I think they should fulfill the requests for that. But instead they wanted me to play phone tag between the company and the management to spend about 3 weeks trying to figure how to fix it. They have also taken a very long time to get to requests which suggests to me that they do not have enough staff. I rented from winter 2017 through summer 2017. ...

We got mold in our apt and so did several other apts in the complex. $700 of our stuff was ruined and the landlord made it sound like it was our fault. He was very patronizing and rude to me and my husband and would not refund us for the damages. DO NOT LIVE HERE or in the Roberta Lynn apartments because the management is the same. Also our car got broken into in the under ground parking and the landlord refused to do anything to make the conditions of the parking garage better. Live there at your own risk. ...

Landlord was pretty rude and disrespectful. Same with the office lady. It was a nice apartment, but I would rather pay more money than have to keep feeling patronized by management. I rented from fall '07 through winter '08.

First of all, anyone who says anything bad about this complex needs to move back in with their parents. People need to grow up and realize moving away from home nothing is going to be perfect. Landlord is the best to work with, the office lady is so helpful and the maintenance workers know their stuff and are so helpful. Not to mention good looking.Especially the short one. Horrible. No heat when it is cold because people complain it is too hot. They were liars from day 1 trying to get me to sign a contract. Once they had my signature they didn't do anything to help or keep their promises. Garbage...stay away trust me...

The management is hard to deal with at time, but the maintainers are really nice and they are on time about their work orders. The apartments are ok, but the price is too much on my opinion.
