To avoid a lot of headache and stress, DO NOT rent from the landlord Anthony Ramon. He has added and hidden charges in the contract and is very difficult to communicate and work with. There are other choices.

The parking is great! Except that my expensive car got broken into during Christmas Break. They advertise that there are security cameras but the truth is that they are fake cameras! Haha There are always parking spots and it is mostly underground. I loved living at this place and being right on University Ave. Like someone else had said, the bishopric truly is awesome! I rented from winter 10 through summer 10. ...

Great place to live. You can find a little of everything here. It's a bit of an older crowd (no freshman, few sophomores), which I really like. Fun people, and Mtn View is a great landlord to have. I rented from fall 10 through winter 11.

Anthony Ramon was the worst landlord I've had to deal with. I believe he has 3 apartments. He is rude, hangs up on your phone calls, charges way too much, doesn't give you back your deposit, lies to you, has hidden fees, is dishonest, and scams students out of money. DO NOT RENT FROM HIM! I rented from fall '09 through summer 10. ...

I loved living at University Ave. Condos (UAC). Like everyone else has said, the parking really is the best in Provo. There are ALWAYS extra spots and no need to worry about having to have those annoying permits (not even for visitors--and they can stay as long as they'd like!) The price is a little steep, but it is worth it. The apartments are clean, modern and nicely furnished. All rooms are private and you only have to share a bathroom with one other person. I believe almost all the apartments include a bigscreen TV and leather couches. The bedrooms are a little small, but they have a really nice, big desk with shelves built right into the wall. My apt was privately owned, but I have heard some stories that other management companies kinda sucked. As for the ward, it is a great ward and it's as social as you make it. It actually keeps getting younger every semester it seems like. Everyone lives in the same complex, which makes it easy to visit friends or to make new ones. Awesome bishopric! Overall, I would definitely recommend living here. It has everything you need and will definitely not disappoint. Come by and check it out... I rented from fall '06 through summer '08. ...

The condos are pretty nice inside, the rooms aren't too big but they are private, which is nice. I love having a washer/dryer in the apt! So nice! Parking is great anytime of the year, visitors and friends dont need a permit or anything stupid like that. Huge underground parking which my boyfriend loved. The ward is ok, older and less social. If you are younger like me, I would find someplace more social. Depending on who you rent from, rent can be cheap or expensive. Overall, it was a fun place to live, beautiful grounds. I rented from spring '08 through summer '08. ...

Best parking in provo by far. No worries about ever having a visitor get booted or towed. I rented from fall '06 through winter '07.

You pay a LOT more for a space that isn't as big as other apartments. Management was alright, and the social life is ok too. I moved out to get a better deal in a place where I didn't have to walk across university to go to campus everyday.

Terrible management... I think they were S&M Management out of Orem and the lady who runs it is a pain to work with and she screws you on your deposit. Everyone I know wondered why they didn't get anything back. I rented from spring '06 through summer '06. ...
