Where to begin. I was originally mislead when I first was trying to get an apartment. Took my nonrefundable admin / application fee of over $350 saying I could move in the following week, fast forward 3 weeks later and endless hotel bills, I was then able to move in. I found out it was due to issues with the staff in the management office not having their stuff together. Their lack of caring cost me hundreds of dollars more. After that, I have been constantly harassed by this landlord ranging from entering my unit without notice or permission, not providing me a mail key until weeks after I moved in, to outright refusing packages of mine for no reason (returning them to sender). The staff in the office is either incompetent or malicious, and not worth the misery they'll put you through. There are plenty of other options out there, look elsewhere! ...
