I rented from winter 2019 through spring 2019.

I am literally sitting here at 4:00 am in the morning because my neighbor blasts his tv so loud everyone can hear him. Management has been notified multiple times and we have placed multiple complaints. Management refuses to do anything. Sometimes it gets to the point where it sounds like they are beating their kids. Management still refuses to do anything and doesn't want the police notified. Instead they want us to call a security guard who just sits in the back parking lot smoking the entire night. This is a miserable place to live in. They try to treat it as some luxury place to live and have all these guidelines that you have to follow for the "community". they do random inspections almost every month which is a hassle. Do not live here. This place is miserable. I would not even pay half the rent that I am living for this quality. I rented from spring 2016 through spring 2017. ...
