Very disappointed in my experience at Jordan station. The walls are paper thin. I’ve seen dust bunnies in the same spots in the stairwell for months. The elevator is so slow and always broken. It stinks in the hallway. The management are money grabbers and will try to constantly fine you. Overpriced for the treatment the residents get. The old management was very nice and understand but now the higher up management is rude, dismissive and unreasonable. Don’t live here… ...

They are not courteous or understanding to their residents at all. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. Nonstop coughing, dogs barking, people talking in the middle of the night, loud music, literally everything.

Jordan Station Apartments is located in a beautiful area and the apartment that we live in is very well kept and we are so so happy with our space. However. Jordan Station Apartments is one of the worst run corporations I have ever had the displeasure of coming in contact with. In the 7 months that we have lived here our cars as well as people who have visited us have been towed due to a parking policy that is unclear, unfair, and gives no warning to a $300+ fee as well as needing to pick up your car from the lot. We also have had issues with our water heater that we have tried to have addressed multiple times. Maintenance will arrive to our apartment, tell us the situation is resolved, and then we are stuck with maybe 15-20 minutes of warm water. Another issue that we had come up was our issues with paying our rent. The rent is payed through an app on your phone. We had our two cards that were set up on the account and had attempted to set it up to charge one card rather than the other. The apartment charged the incorrect card, added a $175 late fee onto our account and forced us to pay that on top of our rent. This situation happened twice. We also had a period of about 1-2 months where our AC was not working. We informed the apartment staff and they had learned there was a piece that was not functioning properly. They informed us getting this piece in would take a few days and that someone would be by to fix it as soon as possible. As β€œcompensation” they gave us one portable AC unit for a apartment complex with 3 main rooms. We endured using the portable AC units for a week before reaching out to see if there was an update. We were later informed this piece would now take 2-3 weeks for it to arrive. So for the portion of the beginning of August all the way into September our apartment had one portable AC unit. I called into the front office to try and get this addressed and the phone was answered by Trevor. I informed him that I totally understand that the part may take some extra time to come in but since we were out an AC unit for more than a month I asked for some sort of compensation in our rent. The answer I got was that the only compensation we will be receiving is the portable AC unit. Even though in our lease that was signed we are guaranteed from the complex a functioning AC. The most recent situation that has come up was when we had an emergency pipe burst in our water heater closet. This set off the fire alarm and we had to evacuate the building. When we came back up to our room water was oiuring out of water heater closet and had seeped through the wall and soaked our floor in our bedroom. Personal items in our bedroom had water damage as a result of this pipe bursting. When I reached out to management of the apartment to see if we could be compensated for our damaged items they informed me that is not their responsibility even though we pay a monthly fee for renters insurance that doesn’t cover personal items. If you are a fan of being mistreated by staff and watching non understanding people make decisions that will impact your pocket negatively and theirs positively, sign the lease with Jordan Station Apartments. ...
