NIce apartments, but the walls are unusually thin, more so than most apartments. This usually leads to fun times ease dropping on your neighbors, but when you have douche bag neighbors downstairs that constantly come up and yell at you for being loud it stops being fun. Nice place, but the some of the crowd here sucks. If you can be quiet, handle some noise and get an apartment on the 1st level, its a good place. I rented from fall '07 through winter '08. ...

Not that enchanting but definately the best deal you'll find for married housing in all of provo. We lived there and loved the ward, and the people. The Landlord actually fixed the problems we complained about too. We got on the waiting list in March and barely made it so get on the waiting list EARLY. One of the best things about this apartment is it is sooo easy to sell whenever you want to get out of your contract cause the waiting list always has 50 people. This was a great place to live for a newly wed couple! The ward was great and the quality of the apartments was great for the price. They're small, but cozy and it was so convenient having a furnished apt for the first year of marriage. The only utility we had to worry about was internet, other than that it was all included in the rent. So close to campus too! A great place to live! I rented from fall '06 through winter '07. ...
