It was extremely over priced (475 including utilities for 10 girls living in the house) and there was not a lot of good contact with management. The location was great, but for having two total bathrooms in a house of 10 girls at the price it was,
definitely not worth it.

I will expound on each of these ratings:
I'm writing this review on Jun 26 2016, and I rented Winter only of 2016. The management changed in April, so that might make some of this incorrect.
The quality of the house was atrocious when I lived
there. Repairs seldom worked, paint was peeling and poorly done. It wasn't a precision house (meaning not a lot of attention to detail was there when it was reparied.) Lots of problems.
The location is pretty good, not great though.
Social life is the worst I've seen at BYU. It's a ward of houses meaning that each house was isolated from the others. In addition, each member of my house had their own life and group of friends. It's a private house, so that might be why.
The change in management was a good one; the new managers are on top of things.
You always get your own parking as long as you coordinate well with your roommates.
Reasons why this information might be inaccurate:
I haven't been there for a few months. Things might have changed.
My roommates would all be different by now; the house sociality might have changed with their leaving.
I rented from winter 2016 through winter 2016.

I LOVED Arch House! Great experience, but the basement was kinda cold in the winter. FUN.
I rented from winter 11 through spring 11.
