I lived in Treehouse 2 (845) and it seems like a great deal. The apartment is huge. Each person has a king sized bed, there are two bathrooms, washer and dryer. But there's hidden mold, the toilet breaks all the time, carpet turns your feet black, our vacuum has been broken all year even though we've complained several times. The windows don't have locks and are easy to break into. The blinds are broken and no curtains are provided which is important for an apartment of all girls. The place is trashy. Appliances kept breaking and it took begging to get the landlord over. Way over priced for what you get. I rented from fall 10 through winter 11. ...
