By far my favorite place I've ever lived in Provo. My only complaint is the price. Definitely on the higher end- after utilities, internet, etc I was paying close to $400. Love the washer/dryer and the big bedrooms. Parking is free but there is only 1 covered spot provided per apartment but I never had a problem with finding a spot even though all 4 of us living there had cars. The wards were super social with fun people. Highly recommend if you don't mind paying for it. I rented from fall 10 through summer 11. ...

It costs a lot, but it's a good place. The washer and dryer in the apartment is convenient. The people are nice, and the social life is good. Parking can be tight; my boyfriend got his car towed. I rented from summer '08 through summer '08.
