Cox apartments is wonderful for the price, it is a short distance from BYU campus, and the community of girls who live there are wonderful. Those who are in charge are helpful and requested maintenance is taken care of in a timely manner.

I really enjoyed living here! For it's cheap price the apartment was in really good condition and the location is fairly close to campus (the only downside is that you have to climb up a really big hill to get there). The bishopric was fantastic and the
ward was really welcoming and social. I didn't know the landlords very well but overall they seemed sweet and were always helpful if there were any problems. I didn't have a car but my roommates often complained about the parking - there are few places to park and it can be very challenging to get out of the parking lot.
I rented from fall '12 through winter '13.

Not only the managers, but also an assistant manager and the landlords live on site. Repairs are fixed very quickly, I love the management. The area attracts great people and it's always a great ward.
There are new carpets, new couches, and new
mattresses. It is 6 girls with one bathroom and no dishwasher, but I've never found that to be a problem.
Parking is great, and there's a Y lot right next door. You can't get closer to campus than this. There are also lovely views of the mountains from bedroom and living room windows, and you're right in the middle of the business area on University Avenue - walking distance to everything.
I've loved it here, and recommend it to anyone else.
I rented from fall '09 through fall 11.

Cox is located in a great location, about a 10 minute walk to the library. It's right behind the indoor practive facility and close to the smith field house (which is nice if you like to run) The old managers were really nice and got things done quickly,
but the new managers we got in January are horrible. It took them 2 1/2 weeks to "fix our heater" and they have rarely ever kept appointments to come look at other things that aren't working. The price is also going up to $250 for the coming year with a deposit if $285. I'm sorry but for 6 girls, 1 bathroom and no amenities besides laundry and internet I don't think this place is worth the price jump.
I rented from winter 10 through fall '09.

I really liked living here because you just sign from semester to semester...If you know you are getting married or something is coming up it is a great place to live so you dont have to sell your contract!
I rented from fall '07 through winter '08.
