Great place to stay at. I was here for Summer Term only but really enjoyed it. It's not the nicest of apartments, but everything is in fairly good condition and it's easy to maintain. The landlords are a lot more chill compared to what it says in the contract, so don't fret too much. Would highly recommend staying here. The only bad thing is that it's a 20 minute walk to campus. Not fun in the summer heat. ...

This is a cute place for a small price. Our apartment was great, there were others that were arranged even better. It is for six girls, happily placed a little ways from the campus, and the ward actually meets in a church building. We were sophomores and the ward was a little older, with many condos and houses within the boundaries. Downside was that we were so spread out. I rented from spring '06 through fall '06. ...
