Quality apartments with new cabinets and very clean. Rich the owner's helper is the pits, hard to work with. The owner himself is helpful though. Ward is spread out, but social. Overall good place to live.

This is a great place to live. It is brand new and has the best quality of cabinets, carpets, beds, appliances, etc that I have ever seen in the Provo area. If there was ever a problem it was fixed quickly. I do not understand why the tenant said she felt guilty about calling with any problems. The manager was always great to help and get things fixed n a timely manner. Halladay Apts at 530 East 500 North changed over to boys. I heard they have quite a few boys single apartments and they were trying girls for a change. I rented from fall '05 through summer '07. ...

This apartment is great. Everything is built in. Built in cabinets for the kitchen and entertainment center and bedroom storage. Its a pity they are changing them to boys housing. Management sucks. Anytime something needed to be fixed we were afraid to call because we would feel guilty. They didn't even give a good warning that they were changing the tenants to boys so we could find housing. Its worth it though, great ward with an awesome bishop, and sweet apartment. Sad to get kicked out. :( I rented from summer '07 through winter '08. ...
