these condos are about 1500 square feet. one of the largest in Provo. I love the townhouse layout. the living room is good size, the kitchen is huge. they have washer/dryers and dishwashers. many have been recently updated and mine was very very nice. the ward is great---lots of potluck suppers out on the lawn. Some people don't like the location but I grew to love it! right between provo and orem and tucked away so nice and quiet. You can walk to the grocery store and cafe rio! I rented from fall 10 through summer 11. ...

I was also told that this was a great place to live; that it was highly sought after. What a joke. The ward is very stuck up and full of cliches. My room was hardly bigger than a walk in closet, and the closet itself was miniscule. Some of the apartments have been updated, but the one I was in was in bad shape. There was always something broken and management was HORRIBLE about getting things done. We only payed for gas and electric, but it ended up averaging between 45 and 50 dollars a month. Parking is not always easy to find either. ...

Everyone told me this was a great place to live. I felt like I didn't get much for what I paid. My room was super small with hardly any closet space. There were lots of things that needed fixed when I moved in and they were slow on some repairs. I heard the ward was super social, but I disagree. It is an older ward though if that's what you're looking for and there's almost always a place to park. I rented from fall 10 through summer 11. ...
