I rented here and loved it. One shared room and one private for 3 total roommates. There was lots of space and was an overall nice apartment. The parking lot is atrocious and all of my friends damaged their cars dropping me off. I loved it for the price I paid. The other problem was it is in an area that is more expensive so more settled people live there. The ward was older and not very social. I rented from winter 2016 through spring 2017. ...

I rented Pines#103. The landlord is really good to work with. Maintenance issues are solved right away. I will live there again! I rented from fall 10 through summer 11.
