Management was pretty bad, took them 2 months to replace the lock on our front door after my roommate's things were stolen. Apartments definitely look better on the inside. Overall, pretty good considering the price you pay. I rented from fall 2011 through summer 2014. ...

The building is very old and worn down. Rent is pretty cheap, but you get what you pay for. Furniture is pretty old and in need of replacing. Laundry facilities are NOT onsite, unlike you are made to think. Parking is good though, and the location is not bad. I left to find a better kept building.
