I loved living here! Spacious apartment with a washer/dryer in unit for a price you can't beat. Close enough to campus to walk (no need to buy a parking pass). The parking is underground and assigned without an extra fee. The only downside to parking is
there's basically nothing for visitors. Myself and like 3 other girls that lived in my apartment got married so people were always moving in and out haha. Overall the best off campus housing that I've seen for girls going to BYU.
I rented from fall 2019 through fall 2019.

Management is GREAT to work with! Assigned parking spots that you don't pay extra for! Each unit had a washer and dryer, and the bedrooms are shared but super spacious! Amazing ward. Walking distance from campus and the UVX bus stop. Price isn't as bad
as most places I've seen, especially given the amenities!
I rented from fall 2019 through summer 2020.

I enjoyed the huge private room I had for only 300$, but when it came to moving, they forced me out before my contract was even up, they told me that it was a shared room and tried to get another girl to move in with me. The landlord and managers suck,
they're slow at everything. And now as I am trying to get my security deposit back, they are accusing me of stealing the window A/C unit.. WTF! Really??? The room was great, but the people managing made it hell.
I rented from fall 10 through summer 11.

Great, great ward and really nice apartments. They are pricy for a shared room, but the room is really big. Parking is horrible. There's an A lot right next to it so visitor parking is good for the nights and weekends but not during the day.
Management
takes a long time, but they are switching spring '11. Nice kitchens, nice lobby, nice rooms!
I rented from fall '09 through winter 11.

The ward is excellent and it is close to campus, but the management changes regularly and they take FOREVER getting back to you on important repairs. My AC was broken for two weeks in the spring before they sent a repair man to fix it, and it was 78
degrees in my house every day. The dishwasher was malfunctioning for over a year, and I reported that four times. Parking is both expensive and atrocious. There is NO visitor parking, and if you are luck enough to get one of the limited parking spaces, most are difficult to maneuver into because of numerous poles in the parking garage. I only stayed here because I was tired of moving and because I liked my roommates.
I rented from winter '08 through winter 10.
