I had a very different experience at the capitol house. The house is ancient and falling apart. The owners are terrible and take forever to fix anything. Plus on top of that they raised rent. The price for what you get out of it is not worth it. Run down house, terrible management and outrageous price. Do not live here. I rented from fall 2016 through summer 2017. ...

This was the most amazing house I've ever lived in--so much space and well taken care of. The ward is way social and a lot of ward events happen at the Capitol which was nice. The Landlords are the greatest and will do anything for you and fast. Best house and so close to campus. ...

The house is great and the ward is fabulous. I've had a total blast especially with the guy to girl ratio. Things get fixed right away which is so different than I'm used to!
