This place is really rundown and they don't really do anything to upkeep it. But, rent is cheap and it is close to campus so that is nice. The ward is older mostly graduated girls and nearly graduated guys. Management was really good but they have been getting progressively worse. Maintenance is slow, there isn't really a washer dryer for the apartments. Cleaning checks are abnormally strict for the quality of the apartment. I rented from fall 2014 through summer 2016. ...

Very getto although they are supposed to be doing some renovations this summer(2013). Believe me it needs it. The management is really nice and I think they are trying to turn it around. Might be worth looking into fall(2013).

this place was sick! i'll probably live there again eventually but my roommate was a hella creeper!
